Chad Rushing
Chad has more than two decades of experience as a financial advisor. Throughout his career, he has developed a client base due to his passion for the financial industry and his commitment to help others.
When he was 13 his father became disabled. It was at that time when he quickly learned the importance of financial planning and goal-setting as well as the need to create customized solutions to meet personal needs.
Understanding the complexities of the financial industry comes naturally to Chad. He is committed to sharing this knowledge with his clients in a way that is digestible and clear and he prides himself on the ability to explain and simplify complex investment strategies to his clients. He enjoys teaching his clients the importance of planning and creating balance by helping them attain their financial goals.
Chad earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Missouri State University in 1990. He holds Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 securities registrations.
I’m very fortunate to have a career that I truly enjoy while also making quality time with my girls, Kenzie and Callie, a priority. I’m originally from Atlanta, GA but have lived in Pinckneyville, IL since 1969. I’m invested in my community and serve on the Pinckneyville Community Hospital Board.
There’s nothing in my life that is more important to me than my daughters. Between Kenzie’s love of basketball and Callie’s passion for art, they keep me on my toes with their busy schedules but I wouldn’t have it any other way. In our free time together, we enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. You can often find us hiking, fishing or four-wheeling on our farm.

Managing Director | Financial Advisor

Elizabeth Robinette
Stability is essential to efficient and successful business operations in our dynamic industry. This is where Elizabeth’s attention to detail and organizational skills allow Freedom Street’s Midwest office to streamline all business efforts. Elizabeth joined the team in 2018 and serves as the Senior Operations Administrator.
Elizabeth’s honest and sincere nature is clear with all her client interactions. She takes great pride in her role and understands that positive relationships are critical to the success of our clients. She handles all administrative roles in the office and is often the first point of contact for anyone working with our team. Elizabeth’s drive to take on many responsibilities at once, combined with her extensive prior experience, has helped prepare her to run the office effectively.
Elizabeth worked in the medical field for 17 years in management and administration roles. Although a different field, her roles had many similarities to her current position in that thorough preparation and follow-through are essential skills to providing quality customer service.
While attending Oakland City University, I met my husband Nathan in 1999. Since that time, we’ve been inseparable and I wouldn’t have it any other way; he’s truly my best friend. Nathan is a 5th grade teacher and I’m incredibly proud of the life we’ve built together.
During our time outside of work, we enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking, shopping, dining out (especially if it involves pizza!), and taking walks around our neighborhood or evening Jeep rides together. We have a passion for traveling, and each summer try to visit a new destination. Of all the places we’ve been, Maui holds a special place in our heart.
In some of my free time, I am one of the leaders of the Women’s Inspire team for a local organization. We plan many inspirational and motivational events each year that are open to all women. These events usually attract hundreds of women, and I feel so proud to be part of such positivity that impacts so many women in the community.
I consider myself fortunate to have a fantastic support system of family and friends along with a career that I genuinely enjoy.

Senior Client Administrative Manager

Celine Vallett
Celine joined Freedom Street's Midwest office in 2019 as a Client Administrative Manager. She is the first point of contact when clients interact with our team, and she sets a positive tone for our client’s experience from the start. Celine’s commitment to her position is apparent based on her approach centered around care. She thrives on being a caretaker and friend, and she is known for her honest, friendly demeanor. Celine puts the needs of our clients first, which she demonstrates through her dedication and responsiveness.
Before joining our team, Celine was a dental assistant for 14 years. She was excited to make the career shift to what she considers her dream job because she can focus on making our client’s lives a bit easier.
Her love of multitasking is not only necessary but evident based on her ability to balance the many responsibilities in her role. From arranging client meetings, keeping up with client correspondence, and building relationships, Celine truly understands the industry and is a tremendous resource who focuses on turning clients into our family.
My family is the center of my world. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Jason. We have been together since 1995 and we are so fortunate to have two beautiful children, Colin and Daisy. I love our home, and we enjoy soaking up the many benefits of small-town life like going for walks, seeing familiar faces, and the general feeling of community.
I am a proud Military brat and grew up in Okinawa, Japan, Jacksonville, North Carolina, and Carterville, Illinois. Although we traveled throughout my childhood, the importance of strong relationships was instilled in me from a young age. I have carried this lesson with me throughout my life, and I hope I’ve passed it along to my children as well.
My favorite time is spent with my family, whether it’s at the beach or home doing the latest DIY projects, especially when it involves power tools! I’m also a dedicated baseball mom. Most of my free time is traveling with Colin to baseball games.
